Does Glide launch automatically at startup or run in the background? Can I disable it?
The desktop version launches automatically at startup and stays running in the background.
To always have full mouse functionality, such as Quick Pie and smooth scrolling, you need to make sure the software is running.
You can find the software entry at any time: in the status bar at the top-right on Mac, or in the system tray at the bottom-right on Windows.
To close it completely (ending background execution as well), choose "Quit" from that entry.
