My desk mat was packed in a roll and won't go flat after opening the box. What should I do?
Simply unroll it and place it on a flat surface. If needed, place a heavy, flat object (such as books) on top of the Desk Mat for a few days to help it flatten naturally. Do not reverse roll, fold, or crease the Desk Mat, as this may damage the material.
