Can the INFTYLAB mouse be used on glass?
Yes. The INFTYLAB M Mouse's high-precision sensor works on most desk surfaces, including mirror-like surfaces such as glass.

The scrolling doesn't work as expected — it scrolls too fast or too slow. What should I do?
Scrolling that's too fast or too slow is mostly related to the desktop version, smooth parameters, document differences, or software conflicts. Check in order:
1. Whether the desktop version is installed (smooth only works with the desktop version).
2. With smooth on, you can further adjust the custom smoothness and speed.
3. Different web pages/documents inherently scroll differently, so an inconsistent feel is normal.
4. Whether other mouse software is conflicting — disable third-party app permissions in the system.

Why does a "Keyboard Assistant" prompt appear the first time?
The "Keyboard Assistant" message that appears the first time can be closed and ignored.
This is the system (e.g., macOS) detecting a newly connected USB or Bluetooth keyboard and using this assistant to identify the key layout, ensuring subsequent input is correct. -
Which buttons on the INFTYLAB M Mouse can be customized?
Three buttons can be customized: the Forward button (click of the thumb wheel), the Back button, and the Top button.
-
Can I use INFTYLAB Glide on Windows?
Yes. INFTYLAB Glide works on both Windows and Mac—you can either install the desktop app or use the install-free web version to set things up.

The system finds the mouse via Bluetooth but can't connect INFTYLAB M Mouse — it keeps stuck on the loading spinner. What should I do?
Getting stuck on the spinner is usually a Bluetooth-side issue. Try these in order:
- Remove devices you no longer use from the Bluetooth list, then reconnect.
- Turn system Bluetooth off and back on, then try again.
- Too many nearby Bluetooth devices can cause signal conflicts — move to an area with fewer devices, or use the USB receiver (Dongle) for a more stable connection.

Why can't I find my cursor or see the cursor's movement trail on screen? How do I fix it?
This is usually not a mouse malfunction. When DPI is set fairly high (e.g., around 2000 or above), the cursor moves in larger jumps each time; on a standard refresh-rate monitor, the movement trail looks discontinuous and hard to follow with your eyes, so it seems like you can't find the cursor. We recommend lowering the DPI a bit first; you can also try raising the polling rate.
-
I can't connect when switching to the Dongle signal source. What should I do?
Please turn the mouse off and back on, switch to the Dongle signal source again, then unplug and replug the USB receiver.
-
The USB receiver (Dongle) is unstable or doesn't work when plugged into a USB hub / extension port / monitor USB port. What should I do?
If the receiver is unstable when plugged into an extension port, USB hub, or a monitor's USB port, we recommend plugging it directly into the computer's own USB port and trying again.
If it still doesn't work when plugged directly into the computer, try a different port; if it still fails, please contact official customer service. -
How can I check the battery level for my wireless mouse?
Check the LED on the front of the mouse: if the battery is below 15% at startup, the red light stays solid to indicate charging is needed. You can also install the desktop app to receive a low-battery notification.
